Commitment Forms for the position of Shop Steward are now being accepted for the 2023 – 2024 Shop Steward term.
Applicants must be members of Local 5 in good standing, and must work at the property or work location specified in this posting.
Commitment Forms are available from your union organizer.
Commitment Forms MUST be received AT THE LOCAL 5 OFFICE by March 9, 2023 at 5:00PM.
In the case where there are more applicants than there are positions, Local 5 will do a poll to determine the support for each of the candidates. Based on the March 13 -18 poll, the Executive Board will appoint the most suitable candidates.
The Poll will be conducted digitally.
