The Hawaii Labor-Management Partnership is hiring for a LMP Project Coordinator to assist with administrative, logistical, and program support! Active UBT members are strongly encouraged to apply:

The LMP Project Coordinator works directly with our Hawaii Labor Management Partnership Resource Team to coordinate meeting times, take notes, manage program deadlines, download/synthesize KP Learn data, provide technical support and act as a resource for LMP staff. While the role is not program specific, in this role, you will:

  • Develop a sophisticated understanding of partnership;
  • Develop broad knowledge of LMP governance structure; and programs such as Workplace Safety, Total Health, and performance improvement;
  • Develop your speaking/facilitation/training/project management skills;
  • Interface and develop relationships with executive leadership at Kaiser Permanente and Alliance unions

The ideal candidate is organized, highly self-directed, able to problem solve independently, professional in demeanor, detail-oriented, fluent in computer programs and familiar with KP systems. This is a 40-hour Special Assignment Agreement position with a typical Monday through Friday, 8-hour workday. The position is budgeted on a calendar-year basis, with a maximum three-year term for the individual, per Alliance agreement.
