Our employers just don’t get it. Kyo-ya, Marriott and Hilton moved 75 cents with a disappointing $6 over 4 years for wages and benefits, with no retro. We bargain with Hyatt on 9/19.
They offered to increase some service charges and premiums, but offered nothing to address workload or staffing.
