Hilton counter person wins back pay after schedule changed

Beatriz Goldman, a counter person at the Hilton Hawaiian Village, had her schedule changed by the employer after the schedule was already posted. This resulted in lost wages, so she filed a grievance with the Contract Enforcement Team and won $102.68 in back pay.
