We work hard for the success of the hotel by providing our guests the best experience possible. Before the pandemic, we normally provide poolside service; but we don’t have the chance to provide it to guests now because the bar and the restaurant remain closed. Now that we reached 74% Occupancy, we want to provide our guests with the Best Resort Experience by bringing people back to work. As tourists are coming back and the tourism industry is getting to normal, WE DESERVE TO HAVE ALL OF OUR JOBS BACK.
We demand that the company:
– Reopen The Lanai Restaurant and Bar;
– Recall Cocktail Waithelp, Bartenders, Fry Cooks, Stewards, Cashiers, and Food Runners;
– Meet with the Union to discuss how to reopen successfully;
– Serve hot food to workers.
