Misty Okuda is a waithelp at Tropics in Hilton Hawaiian Village. Her employer was not scheduling her according to her seniority rights, so she filed a grievance with the Contract Enforcement Team. Westin Moana Surfrider banquet staff recently won over $50,000 in back service charges after giving compelling testimony to their General Manager regarding mis-allocations that have been going on for a few years. The GM did the right thing and the grievance was closed.
