Hilton Hawaiian Village GSA gets suspension reduced

Dionna York, a guest service agent at Hilton Hawaiian Village, filed a grievance with the Contract Enforcement Team after her Employer suspended her for 10 days in October. She got her suspension reduced to a verbal warning and received backpay. Congratulations!

Wrongfully terminated Hilton Hawaiian Village housekeeper reinstated

Maria Deguzman, a Hilton Hawaiian Village housekeeper, was terminated without just and sufficient cause. She filed a grievance with the Contract Enforcement and the Employer reinstated her on November 20, 2015, one year after being terminated. Her file will be expunged of any reference to this disciplinary action.
