Citizenship Assistance for all Alliance Members
In 2021, the Alliance won a historic bargaining victory and a first-ever benefit at KP for our members only. As of January 1, reimbursement is now available for citizenship assistance, including the application fee, biometrics fee, and citizenship classes and Alliance members can get a paid day off to attend their naturalization ceremony.

Kaiser Permanente employees who belong to the Alliance of Health Care Unions can receive financial assistance when applying for U.S. citizenship.
