Local 5 files Unfair Labor Practice against Kaiser
As you know, Kaiser has chosen to suspend National Bargaining. While we continue to engage with Kaiser on Local 5 specific issues, we are One Alliance. #One Voice #One Future. We can’t get to a new contract until we get back to the table for National Bargaining where across the board wages (including retro pay), contract alignment and other key issues like our fight to deliver quality patient care with proper staffing remain open items. Earlier today, Local 5 filed an Unfair Labor Practice with the Federal Gov’t and against Kaiser based on their decision to suspend National Bargaining.
