Recently, the gratuity guide on our receipts was removed. When we asked our manager about it, they said the system reset and it changed the receipts but they didn’t know why. Now that the guide isn’t on our receipts, our income is being affected negatively. We survive on our tips so we are demanding the company put back the gratuity guide back on our checks. Please let me know when that will happen. Thank you,
