L5 HMSHost HNL: Congratulations! This month, HMSHost HNL workers will receive significant wage increases and an increased meal allowance as part of our hard-fought victory in 2025.
Effective January 1, 2026
- Across the board wage increases for non-tipped workers is $1.75 and $0.50 for bartenders/servers
- Meal allowance goes up to $22
- No changes to our healthcare cost and eligibility. (In 2027, we will transition to the UNITE HERE health plan)
