Congratulations! Effective January 1, 2026 Local 5 members at several hotels* will be receiving some of the highest wage increases ever in Local 5 history. This hard-fought victory would not have been possible without the thousands of hotel workers across Hawaii who came together in 2024 and Hilton Hawaiian Village strikers who lead the way for our Union. To date, the Waikiki Standard set by Hilton strikers has been secured at a total of 14 Hawaii hotels.

- Non-tipped: $1.75
- Tipped: $1.88
- Uniformed Services: $2.32
- Bell/Bell captain: $4.32
