We are Hyatt Regency workers and are proud to be Local 5 members. We work hard to ensure the success of the hotel by giving our guests the best experience possible. Every day, guests ask us for poolside service but we are not able to provide it to them because Swim remains closed. We want to give our guests the full resort experience and many of us want to come back to work but have not yet been recalled. As tourists are coming back and the industry is projected to recover, we deserve to have all of our jobs back.

 

We demand that the company:

  1. Reopen Swim restaurant;
  2. Recall Cocktail Waithelp, Bartenders, Fry Cooks, Stewards, Cashiers, and Food Runners;
  3. Meet with the Union to discuss how to make the reopening successful.
