As guests at the Hyatt Regency, we are disappointed that services like daily room cleaning and valet are not offered, and some departments are completely closed. We’re also upset that the hotel did not bring the furloughed workers back, forcing the current staff to overwork. We feel as if we are not getting the guest experience we rightfully deserve. We support workers getting their jobs back and demand you bring back these four services: The poolside bar; Valet service; Daily housekeeping; Room service.
