How to request a replacement ballot for 2021 Local 5 Officer Election

If you do not receive your ballot for the Local 5 Officer Election by tomorrow (Thu. 8/5/21), or if you spoil your ballot and need a new one, you can request a replacement ballot by contacting DOL Election Supervisor Gary Gray at 808-541-2937 or at [email protected]. Requests must be received no later than 12:00pm on Fri. 8/20/21.
