Bell and valet desks had Plexiglas barriers installed.
Plexiglas barriers were not observed in Azure Bar.
|Hand sanitizer||2 of 3 hand sanitizer stations in women’s locker room did not work.
There was no hand sanitizer station by the in-room dining employee time clock.
There was no sanitizer at the parking garage elevator landing area.
|Social Distancing||The clock in and sign in area for banquet employees didn’t have COVID signage or social distancing floor marks. See photos.
There were no social distancing markings in women’s locker room.
There were no social distancing markers in service elevator.
There were no social distancing floor marks or other COVID signage for the front desk lobby area. See photo.
|Signage||Parking garage elevators landing area had social distancing markers and signs for maximum capacity limits.
