Masks	Percentage of non-staff people whom Local 5’s inspector(s) observed were not wearing masks or the mask didn’t cover their nose or mouth: 20% The inspector did not observe a staff person telling these people to put a mask on. A Postmates delivery person entered the lobby wearing a mask, but was seen 5 minutes later leaving through the lobby without a mask.
Plexiglas (or other) barriers	The Plexiglas at the front desk did not fully cover the window (see photo below). Hostess stand at the Hideout (Laylow’s rooftop bar and restaurant) had no Plexiglas or other barriers to keep a distance between workers and guests.
Hand sanitizer	The elevator and escalator at the entrance did not have a hand sanitization station (see photo below).
Social distancing	The markings on the floor of the coffee shop to promote social distancing were not 6 feet apart (see photo below). Outdoor area seating that was not spaced 6 feet apart or more (see photos below).
Signage	The pool did not limit the number of guests who can use it. The sign at the pool just says, “No congregating.” 4 out of 5 guests at the pool were not wearing masks. The pool seating was not spaced 6 feet apart or more (see photos below).
Other issues	The fitness center had a used towel bin that was not enclosed (see photo below). The lobby had a used towel bin that was not enclosed (see photo below).
