L5 Kaiser: Last week Local 5 joined the Alliance and other Alliance Unions in standing together and filing Unfair Labor Practice charges against Kaiser Permanente for suspending National Bargaining. This afternoon, Kaiser put in writing their plans to effectively terminate the National Agreement – something we won’t stand for.
