VICTORY! Hilton Doubletree workers win grievance and backpay over the elimination of automatic daily room cleaning

VICTORY AT THE HILTON DOUBLETREE ✨ Today, housekeeping workers received backpay after winning their grievance over the elimination of automatic daily housekeeping coming out of the pandemic.

When the hotel reopened at the end of 2020, they eliminated automatic daily housekeeping for guests, but in September 2023 workers won it back.

The Hilton Doubletree is one of several Waikiki hotels and hotels across the U.S. where UNITE HERE workers have been able to win back automatic daily housekeeping and stop hotels from cutting our jobs and guest services.
