Contract Enforcement Team stops Hyatt Regency Waikiki from cheating room service workers out of work opportunity!

Even though room service waithelp Ryan Chen was available and willing to work, Hyatt violated the CBA and refused to replace sick calls in the room service department. The Contract Enforcement Team filed grievances on Ryan’s behalf. Hyatt has agreed to pay Ryan $438.75 of overtime and service charges.
