Diamond Resorts workers win grievance settlement totaling $18,000

Several workers at the Kaanapali Beach Club who have been furloughed due to COVID-19 filed a grievance because management violated their bumping rights during permanent lay-off.

This was one of many grievances that Diamond Resorts decided to settle at Kaanapali Beach Club and The Modern Honolulu. They were part of a settlement that totaled $18,000 and got them their jobs back and seniority reinstated.
