Hilton Hawaiian Village GSA files grievance, wins overtime pay

Kiyomi, a guest service agent at the Hilton Hawaiian Village, filed a grievance with the help of our Contract Enforcement Team because she was not offered a work opportunity by seniority. As a result, she was paid for 8 hours of overtime.
