Hyatt waithelp fights for her seniority rights

2014-10-29 23.19.38With the help of the Contract Enforcement Team, Pam Toma (a waithelp at the Hyatt Regency Waikiki) filed a grievance against her employer for failing to schedule her and violating her seniority rights. As a result, Pam won $220.49 in wages. “Management needs to follow the rules. I hope they make sure this doesn’t happen again,” says Pam. Thank you for standing up for what’s right!”
