Nearly $400 in back pay for Tropics waithelp

2015.03.03 Misti Okuda HHVMisty Okuda is a waithelp at Tropics in Hilton Hawaiian Village. Her employer was not scheduling her according to her seniority rights, so she filed a grievance with the Contract Enforcement Team. Misty won her grievance and $399.37 in back pay plus tips. “Thank you Local 5 for never giving up,” says Misty.
