In February, we announced that Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) William L. Schmidt ruled that The Modern Honolulu violated workers’ labor law rights. The Employer attempted to challenge the ALJ’s decision but, as we expected, the NLRB in Washington DC upheld the decision. Congratulations (again) to the workers of The Modern Honolulu!
