Wrongfully terminated Steward at Hilton Hawaiian Village gets his job back

Hilton Hawaiian Village steward Carlos Fajota was terminated in June 2015. He felt he was wrongfully terminated, so he filed a grievance with the Contract Enforcement Team. On December 27, 2015, the Employer will reinstate Carlos and reimburse him for lost wages, benefits and other compensation. The Employer will also expunge any reference to this disciplinary action.
