Kaiser Ratification Vote Update – March 20, 2026

Ratification voting started yesterday, March 19th, and runs through March 25th. HR has informed all managers to be flexible to allow you to vote. If you are a remote worker, talk to your manager to get released to vote at one of the facilities and to schedule any makeup time or use vacation. HR has informed your managers to work with you. Kaiser Town Hall – March 2, 2026

Over the past few days, Local 5 has been meeting with its bargaining team and with Kaiser Permanente in hopes of resolving outstanding local bargaining issues. Much progress has been made. Join our town hall TONIGHT Monday, March 2, 2026 at 6pm to learn more. Be advised, if you hear news from anyone but Local 5, do not trust it.
