Suspension reduced to verbal for Kahala Resort cook help

CET kahala victoryContract Enforcement Team (CET) successfully reduces a worker’s 3-day suspension to a verbal!  Matthew Nelson, a cook help at Kahala Resort, spent Thanksgiving cutting carrots under the direct supervision of the chef.  After Matthew finished cutting carrots for 6 hours, the chef decided they had been cut incorrectly and gave him a 3-day suspension.  CET took the case to mediation where the mediator agreed that the suspension was too severe.  Congratulations to Matthew for standing up for his rights!
