Hilton Hawaiian Village housekeeper Carmelita Suclen was issued a written warning for violation of room cleanliness standards. The Contract Enforcement Team filed a grievance in response, arguing that this was an excessive discipline. As a result, Carmelita’s discipline was reduced to a verbal warning.
