Huge win for Kuulei Reiley, a bell clerk at the Royal Hawaiian Hotel. She was suspended for 5 days for not locking her bank vault, even though she had previously notified management that the vault equipment was faulty. After filing a grievance, the Employer rescinded her suspension with full back pay.
