Juanito Dinong, a server at the Hilton Hawaiian Village’s Rainbow Lanai, was not offered a work shift by seniority. With the help of the Contract Enforcement Team, he filed a grievance and won 5 hours of back-pay. #WorkersLead

Club lounge attendants and receptionists at the Moana Surfrider came together to present their issues to the General Manager. They won 3 more hours scheduled per day to better serve guests and stop unreasonable workload. #WorkersLead

Hilton bartender wins back pay

Bartender Taitian Hong was scheduled a 4-hour shift at the Hau Tree Bar at the Hilton Hawaiian Village. When an 8-hour shift became available, he was not offered the shift according to seniority. He filed a grievance with the Contract Enforcement Team and won back-pay for the 4-hour difference ($154.60 total.) #WorkersLead
