Wrongfully terminated Hilton Hawaiian Village housekeeper reinstated

Maria Deguzman, a Hilton Hawaiian Village housekeeper, was terminated without just and sufficient cause. She filed a grievance with the Contract Enforcement and the Employer reinstated her on November 20, 2015, one year after being terminated. Her file will be expunged of any reference to this disciplinary action.
